Private-beta support

Help with Ross.

Support covers private-beta access, Sign in with Apple, enrollment, Today, Inbox, Space, privacy questions, account deletion, and export requests.

Contact support

Email support@our-os.app with:

  • whether the issue happened during sign-in, enrollment, Today, Inbox, or Space;
  • the Ross app version and iOS version;
  • the approximate time and timezone of the issue;
  • an opaque request ID if Ross displayed one; and
  • a description that omits private item content and secrets.

Ross does not promise a response time or service-level agreement during the private beta.

Report a security issue

Send suspected account compromise, unauthorized access, or privacy-boundary issues to security@our-os.app. Avoid including another person’s identity or private content. If a request ID is available, it is safer and more useful than a screenshot of private data.

Account access, deletion, and export

Use Delete my Ross account inside the signed-in app to delete an account; support email is not required. The flow explains the impact and requires fresh Sign in with Apple authentication and confirmation.

Self-service export is not yet available in this beta. To request an export, contact support@our-os.app from the address associated with the request so identity can be verified without sharing an enrollment code. Details are on the account page.

Current beta limitations

Ross currently supports Today, Inbox, and Space. It has no Gmail, Calendar, Drive, financial, health, contacts, or location connection; no AI runtime; no push notifications; no public signup; and no public TestFlight link. See the beta guide for the current scope.
